Callista is a Swiss IT consultancy (Beratungshaus) headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. We deliver enterprise Data Engineering and Agentic Engineering projects for regulated industries — primarily Swiss banking and insurance. We do not provide staffing or CVs. We bring a methodology, take operational responsibility, and deliver systems that run in production.

## What we do

Agentic Engineering means deploying AI agents to accelerate the IT project itself — not building AI agents for business processes. AI agents operate across every phase of the software development lifecycle: requirements engineering, architecture, coding, testing, and DevOps. Engineers remain in the lead; AI agents execute and document.

Our Data Engineering practice covers enterprise data warehouses, lakehouse architectures (Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake), and data pipelines — built with the same Agentic Engineering methodology for faster delivery and full documentation.

We serve two models: Delivery (Callista runs the project) and Capability Transfer (Callista makes your team capable of doing it themselves).
