The Problem
Many development projects start with a solution in mind and only after months does it turn out that the actual problem needed a different answer. The earlier misdirections are recognized, the cheaper the corrections.
What we do
In a 1–2 day workshop, we work together on:
Intent: What should this project achieve for whom? What state should have occurred after completion?
Outcome Definition: How do we measure success? What concrete metrics show that the goal was achieved?
Solution Options: Which paths lead to the outcome and which don't? Where do risks lurk?
Prioritization: What is really necessary, what is nice-to-have?
Result
Documented Intent Statement, success metrics, decision basis for the next phase.
