AI Governance Assessment
We check whether your organization has the structures to use AI responsibly: technically, legally, and organizationally.
The Problem
AI projects rarely fail because of technology. They fail because responsibilities are unclear, decisions are not traceable, or regulatory requirements only become visible when it gets expensive. The EU AI Act adopted in 2024 and entering into force in stages requires companies operating high-risk AI systems to implement human oversight, documentation, and transparency measures. Many organisations are not yet prepared for these obligations.
What we do
In 2–4 weeks, we analyze:
Regulatory Classification: Which of your AI systems fall under which risk category of the EU AI Act?
Governance Structure: Where are responsibilities unclear today? Where are control mechanisms missing?
Human-in-the-Lead Framework: Where do humans decide, where does AI support and is this consciously regulated?
Action Plan: Prioritized measures with clear responsibilities.
Result
Assessment report, governance framework recommendation, action plan.
