Action

Agents must have "digital hands,” i.e., the capacity to execute tasks based on the planning that happened before. Tasks are specific to the respective agent.

Skills

Agents come equipped with base skills, which include handling queries, switching languages, etc. That is used by the LLM that is used by the agent.

Tools

The "digital hands" allow the agent to interface with other software systems autonomously. That enables it to execute commands such as updating records, triggering API calls, or crafting a message. Each action is associated with specific tool based on task requirements.
